Rocky Mountain Market strives to provide quality products to our customers. We will do our best to address concerns regarding Returns & Exchanges.

Returns by U.S. Mail

Contact us either by email support@rmmarket.com or phone 1-406-446-9055 to address return concerns.  You must first obtain a return authorization. Product defects are the responsibility of the manufacturer. Items that are damaged in shipment require you to contact the shipper (either USPS or UPS). Items that can not be returned are: Food, Snack or Drink items, Outdoor items, Health & Beauty items, any item with electronics, lottery tickets. There is a 10% re-stocking fee for all returned items.

Allow us 21 days to process the return and provide a refund to your credit card account, or return check.

Returns to the Store

Contact us regarding the reason for the return. Items that can not be returned after purchase: Food, Snack or Drink items, Outdoor items, Health & Beauty items,any item with electronics, lottery tickets. If an item is defective you must first contact the manufacturer before returning to the store.
