September in the Rockies
September is a great month to enjoy the Rocky Mountains. The river and stream flows are low, with a lot less bugs. The morning air is cool with warm afternoons. Rocky Mountain Market has convenient items that you might want to bring along for a trip in the high country: Local area maps, energy bars, and bear spray. There are also plenty of items to take home and enjoy: Huckleberry syrup, Chalet Market Buffalo salami, Gossner Swiss Cheese, and pickled beans and asparagus from the Pacific Northwest. Stop in and enjoy the many flavors that are produced from the Rocky Mountain Region.
